Welcome to Ivan’s Car Detailing. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or using our website (www.ivancardetailing.com), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services & Appointments

1.1. Booking: All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person. 1.2. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours before the appointment time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. 1.3. Mobile Services: Mobile detailing is available but is weather-dependent. If conditions do not allow for safe and effective detailing, we will reschedule at no additional cost. 1.4. Vehicle Condition: Vehicles with excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, or other special cleaning needs may be subject to additional charges.

2. Payments & Pricing

2.1. Pricing: All prices listed on our website are before tax. Taxes will be added at checkout, except where otherwise specified in promotions. 2.2. Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, e-transfers, and cash. 2.3. Deposits: Certain services may require a deposit, which is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled time. 2.4. Discounts & Promotions: Discount codes, such as WINTER, are subject to specific terms and conditions, including validity for in-shop services only and one-time use per customer.

3. Liability & Disclaimer

3.1. Personal Belongings: Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings, valuables, and fragile items from the vehicle before the detailing service. We are not liable for lost, damaged, or missing items. 3.2. Damage Policy: We take the utmost care in handling your vehicle. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or issues that may arise during the cleaning process. 3.3. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.

4. Gift Certificates

4.1. Purchase & Redemption: Electronic gift certificates are available for purchase through our website and can be printed or emailed directly to the recipient. 4.2. Expiration & Use: Gift certificates do not expire but are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Privacy & Data Usage

5.1. Customer Information: We respect your privacy. Personal details provided for bookings, payments, and promotions will be securely stored and not shared with third parties. 5.2. Marketing Communications: By booking a service, you may receive follow-up emails or promotions. You can opt-out anytime.
